Custom-made products, including OEM/ODM batteries, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective. For custom orders, please contact us to discuss repair or replacement options.
If your product issue falls under our 5-Year/10,000-Hour Warranty, you may be eligible for free repairs or replacements. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed terms and conditions.
