  • Custom-made or OEM/ODM products unless they are defective.
  • Products that have exceeded the 30-day return period.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval.
  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.

8. Custom and OEM/ODM Orders

9. Warranty Coverage

If your product issue falls under our 5-Year/10,000-Hour Warranty, you may be eligible for free repairs or replacements. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed terms and conditions.
